This Addendum to the Impact Radius Master Campaign Agreement (“Addendum”) supplements and amends the Impact Radius Master Campaign Agreement and applies to you as a partner in the Peti Bombom Coffee Partner Program. To the extent that there is a conflict between this Addendum and the Impact Radius Master Campaign Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall control.

Throughout this Addendum, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Peti Bombom Coffee, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the partner.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS

By joining our partner program, any promotion that mentions Peti Bombom Coffee naturally could be perceived by the public or press to be a joint effort. Due to this, specific guidelines and restrictions must be followed when creating marketing links and promotions to Peti Bombom Coffee.

We may cancel your application if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your website, email content or any other materials or information prepared by you, regarding you or relating to you are unsuitable, including if it:

1. Promotes violence or illegal activities.

2. Promotes discrimination based on race, religion, sex, nationality, disability, age, or sexual orientation.

3. Is contrary to our company standards, morals, or ethics.

4. Includes “Peti Bombom” or any variations in its domain name without prior written approval.

5. Infringes on any copyright or trademark rights of Peti Bombom Coffee or any third-party.

6. Resembles Peti Bombom Coffee in a way that leads customers to believe you are the company itself.

7. Makes health claims that imply official approval by Peti Bombom Coffee.

SERVICEABLE GEOGRAPHY

Orders may only ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining U.S. States plus Washington D.C.). This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all offshore areas.

PROHIBITION ON PAID SEARCH ADVERTISING (PPC)

Affiliates are expressly prohibited from running any PPC or paid search campaigns driving traffic to the Company’s website.

• No Trademark Bidding: You shall not bid on Peti Bombom trademarked terms, misspellings, or variations (e.g., Peti Bombom Coupons).

• No Trademarks in Ads: You may not use our trademarks in the title, description, or URL of ads on Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

• No Direct Linking: You shall not create paid media that links directly to the Peti Bombom Coffee website.

SUB-AFFILIATE NETWORKS

Promoting through a sub-affiliate network is permitted only if you are transparent about traffic origins. Sub-affiliates must adhere to all terms, including the total ban on PPC and browser extensions.

ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY

You shall not publish any written material referring to our Program without prior written consent. All email campaigns must be CAN-SPAM compliant and submitted to us for approval before being sent.

SOCIAL MEDIA

• ALLOWED: Using tracking links on your personal/managed social media pages (e.g., "Check out the Peti Bombom Coffee holiday deal!").

• PROHIBITED: Posting tracking links on Peti Bombom Coffee’s official brand pages or running ads using our trademarks.

FORFEITURE OF COMMISSION

Failure to comply with these terms results in (a) forfeiture of all commissions earned 30 days prior to the violation discovery, and (b) forfeiture of all future commissions.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This clause replaces Section 5.5 of the General Terms & Conditions. This Addendum and the rights of the parties shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any dispute shall be decided exclusively by the State or Federal Courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you submit to the jurisdiction of such Courts.

PETI BOMBOM COFFEE WHOLESALE PROGRAM

Affiliates may apply for the Wholesale Program separately, but approval is not guaranteed. Products purchased using an Affiliate discount cannot be resold. Authorized Resellers must adhere to the Peti Bombom Coffee Reseller Provisions at all times.
